Advisory Board

The advisory Board provides strategic guidance, actionable insights to the CSBC.

Jöran Hägglund - County Governor in the County of Jämtland since 2014. He is appointed by the government, and presides over the "County Administrative Board" . Jämtland County constitutes 12 percent of Sweden's total area, 49,443 km2 (19,090 sq mi) and is the third largest county in Sweden.


He was previously among other positions State Secretary at the Ministry of Industry in Sweden. He is committed to issues regarding economic growth and business development.

Claes-Göran Sandström (CGS) - CEO, owner of Coniston Foundation. CGS has

founded companies and launched projects in eight countries in Europe, the US and Middle East. Mainly within environmental projects, technological projects, property development and  finance. He held key positions in all projects.

Richard Hsieh - Vice President and Director of the Centre for the study of International Relations, Stockholm.  He is a Senior Advisor in the field of Foreign Direct Investment and International Economy since many years.


Dr Hsieh was the first Director of the United Nations Programme on Science Industry Partnership. He was a Professor at the Royal Institute of Technology and Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University.

Zhewei Ye MD, PhD, professor, chief physician, doctoral tutor of Orthopedic Hospital of Wuhan Union Hospital, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is the deputy director of digital orthopedic group in the China research hospital association, Committee member of the trauma society  of SICOT China Chapter, trauma care expert in “One hundred projects in a decade” of China health and family planning commission, chairman of digital orthopedic society of Hubei Province of SICOT China Chapter ,chief expert of clinical medicine of Hubei 3D printing alliance, “Top 100 Doctors” of Hubei Province.


Zhewei Ye's main research direction:

Treatment and rehabilitation in all kinds of fracture, emergency and severe multiple complicated fractures, complex bone and joint trauma and soft tissue injury, spinal cord injury; and the computer-assisted surgical navigation technique, mixed reality technology, 3D printing technology in the field of orthopedic applications.
